Use one Google Drive folder to keep the strongest inspiration, preparation notes and final decisions together. The files remain inside your own account.
Create the master folder
Tap Add, select Folder and name it My Bridal Inspiration Vault.
Create four folders inside
Use the numbered names below. Google does not let another person copy a complete folder structure into your account without additional access.
Keep only useful material
Move final choices into Trial Notes and Final Decisions. Remove duplicates plus anything that no longer reflects your vision.

Makeup Inspiration
Looks that reflect your skin tone, features and preferred level of definition. Note what you like about each image.
Accessories and Extensions

Trial Notes and Final Decisions
Consultation notes, trial photographs, requested adjustments and the final approved direction.
Copy all four folder names
Paste them into Notes while setting up Google Drive.

Repeating Details
Look for the part, volume, texture or level of definition that appears across your strongest references.
Add one specific note to each photograph. A sentence such as “I like the softness around the face, but I want less volume at the crown” gives your artist useful direction.

Wash Clip-Ins Without Creating Tangles
Follow the manufacturer's directions and your artist's instructions first. Open each step below while preparing the extensions.
1. Detangle while the extensions are dry
Lay the pieces flat. Use an extension-safe brush and work gently from the ends upward while supporting each weft.
2. Use lukewarm water
Wet one piece at a time in the direction the hair naturally falls. Keep the strands aligned. Do not twist, scrub or pile the hair together.
3. Clean gently
Smooth a small amount of gentle sulfate-free shampoo downward through the hair. Keep unnecessary product away from clips and seams.
4. Condition the lengths
Apply conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends. Rinse thoroughly while keeping each piece aligned.
5. Blot without wringing
Press out excess water gently. Place the extensions on a clean towel and blot. Do not rub the pieces together.
6. Dry completely
Lay the pieces flat or hang them securely. Once fully dry, detangle gently and store them clean until the trial.

The Night Before
Follow the exact hair-washing timing provided by your artist. Keep skincare familiar and avoid experimenting.
The Day Of
Bring prepared hair, clean skin as directed, accessories, extensions and a white or ivory top when possible.
